Sunday Service - August 13th at 10:30am
This Sunday join us for a time of worship, we will partake communion together. Pastor Rachel will continue preaching the sermon series on "Faith in Exile".
Our Kids Church program is taking a break in July and August, children 7+ years will stay in the service and we will provide fun activities packets. We will have program for children age 2-6. Our nursery is open for parents with babies and toddlers.

Looking for Community/LIFE Group Leaders
We are looking for leaders who will commit to a 6-8 week block this fall through a book of the Bible or a practical topic of Christian living (Rachel will assist with resourcing).
Ideally, we would want to have 2-3 groups that people could be a part of for growth and belonging.

Water Wars Event
Our August kids event is water wars! Bring a water gun if you have one, and come prepared to get wet.
When: Saturday, August 12 // 2-4pm
Where: Church On Five, 10200 in the back field
Who: Families with children in preschool & elementary
All CPC kids and New friends are always invited to come.
Worship Night - CPC + CO5
Join us for an outdoor worship night on August 18 at 6:30pm at Centennial Beach in Tsawwassen. Feel free to bring picnic blankets/chairs.
Sunday Coffee Ministry (summer break)
Our coffee team is taking a break in the summer (July & August). If you wish to provide snacks and coffee on a specific Sunday during summer, feel free to do so. Our team will resume in September.
The Prayer Chain
The Prayer Chain is a group of people at Cedar Park linked together by email, who are committed to praying, in their own time and place, for certain persons or concerns made known to them by the prayer chain coordinator. To submit a request to the prayer chain, contact Olga Nickel. You can also email a request to prayer@cedarparkchurch.org. Emailed requests are received by Olga before being sent to the members of the Prayer Chain who keep requests confidential.
Refugee Resettlement Ministry
Church On Five is currently sponsoring the Nasimi Family who are Afghani refugees residing in Pakistan. If you are interested in becoming involved with Refugee Resettlement Ministry, please email rachel@churchonfive.ca
Latino Workers Support Society
Soccer Tournament 2023
When: on Sundays throughout July and August
Where: Delta Secondary School soccer field in Ladner (address: 4615 51 Street, Delta, BC V4K 2V8)
Time: 4pm - 7:30pm
Please come to cheer for the teams and have lots of fun!! This is a great opportunity to connect with our Latino friends from different greenhouses.
Volunteers also needed to:
- pick up equipment
- Set up equipment
- Concession
- Clean Up
- Driving players
- Liners, Referee (skills are not needed)
- And more.

Our Spanish Worship Night is on the first Saturday of each month at Cedar Park Church. Service starts at 7pm. All are welcome to join the service.
