Steps to Follow
Step 1: Download the Information Package
For information about facility rentals, please scroll to the bottom of the page and download our handout.
Our fully equipped building has many rooms of different sizes that suit all kinds of events.
Some features include:
- A fully wheelchair-accessible building with ramps, an elevator and handicap-accessible washrooms
- A sanctuary that can seat up to 350 people
- A kitchen with commercial equipment
- Various sizes of meeting rooms
Step 2: Please read the handout
The handout contains our policies, our rental rates and a sample rental contract.
Step 3: Use our online form
To inquire about renting space in the Cedar Park Church facility, please fill in our Facility Rental Request Form. The church office will use this information to screen your request and provide a quote.
Step 4: Provide documentation
If we approve your request and send you a quote, let us know if you want to go ahead with the rental contract. We will require proof of your liability insurance, a damage deposit and a signed contract in order to reserve the dates for your rental.
