Sunday gatherings at Cedar Park Church

Sunday Service – September 3rd at 10:30am

This Sunday, join us for a time of worship, we will sing and pray together. Pastor Chris will be with us this week.

Children 7+ years will stay in the service and we will provide fun activities packets.  We will have program for children age 2-6.  Our nursery is open for parents with babies and toddlers.

Women's Bible Study Group
Join women from several different churches coming together and growing through 1 Corinthians.
The study will take place from 9:30am - 11:00am on Wednesdays at Church on Five beginning September 13. To register, please contact the church office at 604-946-7410 or email admin@cedarparkchurch.org

 

Invite people to join Family Festival at Cedar Park Church

Family Festival at Cedar Park
Families with children 12 and under are invited to this Festival on Saturday Sept 23 at 2-4pm. Lots of games and prizes. Invite your friends to join this fun event.
We also need a lot of volunteers to help out at the event. If interested, please sign up in the foyer or contact church office at 604-946-7410 or email admin@cedarparkchurch.org

Looking for community group leaders for Fall 2023

Looking for Community/LIFE Group Leaders
We are looking for leaders who will commit to a 6-8 week block this fall through a book of the Bible or a practical topic of Christian living (Rachel will assist with resourcing).
Ideally, we would want to have 2-3 groups that people could be a part of for growth and belonging.

Invite volunteers to join the Sunday Coffee Team

Sunday Coffee Team

Our Sunday Coffee will resume in September. We need volunteers to make coffee and bring in baked goods (homemade or store bought). It will only take you 30 minutes to set up and 30 minutes to clean up. If you are new to this ministry, training is provided. If you drop off your grocery receipts, we will reimburse you the expense for the store bought baked goods, milk and cream for the coffee. The Prayer Chain
The Prayer Chain is a group of people at Cedar Park linked together by email, who are committed to praying, in their own time and place, for certain persons or concerns made known to them by the prayer chain coordinator. To submit a request to the prayer chain, contact Olga Nickel. You can also email a request to prayer@cedarparkchurch.org

Email requests are received by Olga before being sent to the members of the Prayer Chain who keep requests confidential.

Invite people to support the Latino Ministry

Latino Workers Support Society
Soccer Tournament 2023

We are having our Soccer Tournament Finals on this Sunday September 3rd.

Where: Delta Secondary School soccer field in Ladner (address: 4615 51 Street, Delta, BC V4K 2V8)
Time: 4pm - 7:30pm
Please come to cheer for the teams and have lots of fun!! We will have the awards ceremony right after the games with trophies, medals for 3rd, 2nd, and 1st place, and special plates for best players.

Latino ESL program resumes in September on Tuesday evenings at Cedar Park Church.

Our Latino weekly Bible studies were at different places during the summer and we want to thank all the host families. If you want to be our host, please contact Jon Pelen.

Latino Worship Service at Cedar Park
Our Spanish Worship Night is on the first Saturday of each month at Cedar Park Church. Service starts at 7pm.  All are welcome to join the service.
