Welcome to our Children's Ministry

Our children's ministry at Cedar Park Church aims to teach children about God in a fun and engaging way. We also hope to encourage kids to build their own relationship with God.

Nursery 

For children ages 0-2 years old we offer a room for parents to take their kids if they need a break. This room is connected to the sanctuary through a speaker system and a glass window so parents will not miss out on the service. 

Toddler/preschool

Kids ages 3-5 are able to go to the toddler room led by an adult volunteer, where parents are also welcomed to stay with their kids if needed. We follow a curriculum called 'Dig-In' where kids hear stories of the bible, and then participate in games, crafts, & songs that relate to the lesson. Our puppet friend Theo also comes to interact with the kids to help apply the lesson in a real and practical way.

K-3

Kids from grades K-3 follow the 'Dig-In' curriculum where they get to dig into the Bible and learn how to apply the lessons of the bible to our lives through games, experiments, crafts, songs, and inspirational videos.

4-8

For kids from grade 4-8, follow the 'Dig-In' curriculum where they dig into the Bible and learn how to apply the lessons to their lives. They are given opportunities to walk and talk with God, reflect in their personal journals, and participate in songs, crafts, games, and real conversations to deepen their relationship with God and their peers. On the first Sunday of every month, they are given the opportunities to get involved around the church in an area that encourages service, purpose, and belonging (i.e. kitchen help, little kids room, sign in, ushering).
