Kickoff Sunday - Joint Service and All-Church Lunch
September 17th at 10:30am
This Sunday at Cedar Park, we will have a joint service with our Latino Ministry and we are going to have a BBQ lunch together after the service, enjoy good fellowship and delicious food. Main course will be provided but we ask that you bring a side dish to share.
We also have Kids Church program for all children. Our nursery is open for parents with babies and toddlers.

Family Festival at Cedar Park
Families with children 12 and under are invited to this Festival on Saturday Sept 23 at 2-4pm. Lots of games and prizes. Invite your friends to join this fun event.

Baby Shower (Sunday October 1st)
Join us in showering Hannah & Joseph and their new bundle-of-joy Turner with lots of love and gifts. It will be on Sunday October 1st at 12:30pm after service in the heritage room. All CPC ladies are welcome! If you would like to bring some finger food and sweets to share, please contact church office 604-946-7410 or email admin@cedarparkchurch.org. More details about baby gifts will follow.
Community Groups
Community groups are where we grow in Christ together, pray together, and share our lives. We will be kicking of an 8-week session of groups and sign up for groups is Sunday September 24.
Here are the groups that will be launching and we encourage you to be praying about which one you can join.
Some of the information is still being finalized with group leaders, but here is a preview:
1. "Psalm 23" (video series – 6 sessions), starting Oct 15, on Sundays 9:15am,
at CPC, host: Paul Coleman
2. Angie and Tim Ernst, time and topic to be determined.
3. Carmelle & Michael Dieleman, Wednesday nights at 7pm in Tsawwassen.
4. Paul & Katherine Coleman, time and topic to be determined.
5. Shari Haynes, "Revelation in Small Bites" for Singles 35+ on Fridays.
6. Santos Baiza, Friday nights, topic to be determined.
7. Ed Wiens, "New Testament Characters", Wed or Thurs mornings at CPC.

The Prayer Chain
The Prayer Chain is a group of people at Cedar Park linked together by email, who are committed to praying, in their own time and place, for certain persons or concerns made known to them by the prayer chain coordinator. To submit a request to the prayer chain, contact Olga Nickel. You can also email a request to prayer@cedarparkchurch.org. Emailed requests are received by Olga before being sent to the members of the Prayer Chain who keep requests confidential.
Latino Workers Support Society
Latino Worship Service at Cedar Park
Our Spanish Worship Night is on the first Saturday of each month at Cedar Park Church. Service starts at 7pm. All are welcome to join the service.
Latino ESL program
Wednesday evenings at Cedar Park Church.
Latino Weekly Bible Study
We host our Bible study at the church and in homes. If you want to be our host, please contact Jon Pelen.
